Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the trip departure are eligible for a 90% refund of the total trip cost.
Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 0 to 3 days of departure are not eligible for any refund.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp for processing.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-4 business days after approval.
