Day 0
December 30, Tuesday - Departure from Bangalore

Meet your Thripzel trip leader and co-travellers, followed by a detailed trip and safety briefing.


Pickup points:

  • Majestic Shanthala Silks 8 PM
  • Yeshwanthpur Metro Station - 8:40 PM
  • Goraguntepalya People Tree Hospital 9:15 PM.


Enjoy fun introductions, light games and music to set the festive mood during the overnight ride towards coastal Karnataka.


Note: There may be delays due to traffic conditions on the day of departure, so travellers are requested to arrive at their chosen pickup point at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time.


Day 1
December 31- Wednesday - Jog Falls & Gokarna Beach Adventure


Early Morning

  • Halt at Jog Falls around 7:00 AM and enjoy sweeping views of one of India’s tallest and most iconic waterfalls from designated viewpoints.


Late Morning – Check-in.

  • Continue onward to the campsite.


  • Freshen up and have breakfast.


Daytime – Gokarna coastal experiences

  • Head for Gokarna-side coastal water activities, including a guided boat ride and time by the shore, subject to safe sea conditions and local availability.


Adventure boating and Gokarna sightseeing by boat

  • Agastya Cave Beach & caves (hidden spot)

Water games and activities (subject to safety and local permissions)

  • Boating in the open ocean.
  • Kayaking in the open ocean.

  • Dolphin sightseeing in the Arabian Sea.


Participate in beach games, upbeat music sessions, and relaxed group activities on the sand for a fun, festive day by the sea.


Evening & New Year Night

  • Return to the campsite by around 4:30 PM and freshen up.
  • Get ready for the New Year Party with DJ music.
  • Celebrate with a crackers show (subject to local regulations), cake cutting, and dance as everyone welcomes New Year 2026 together.
  • Overnight tent stay on twin-sharing basis (2 persons per tent).

January 1, Thursday - Honnavara Backwaters Boating and Mangroove Walk

  • Wake up early to the soothing sound of waves and the gentle beach breeze as you welcome the dawn of a brand new year!


  • Begin your New Year 2026 with positivity, laughter, and the warmth of the rising sun reflecting over the sea. Watch the first light of the year paint the sky in golden hues and celebrate the moment with fellow travelers by your side.


Start your year embracing serenity, adventure, and beautiful memories by the beach — the perfect way to kick off 2026!


Morning: Freshen up and have breakfast at the campsite and check out.


Honnavara experiences

  • Walk along the Sharavathi Kandla Mangrove Boardwalk, following a well-built wooden pathway through dense mangroves with scenic river and creek views.​
  • Enjoy a calm backwater boating session on the Sharavathi backwaters at Honnavara, admiring mangrove landscapes and tranquil channels from the boat (subject to operations and availability).​


Lunch is self-sponsored.


  • Capture group photos, exchange warm goodbyes with strangers-now-friends, and commence your relaxed evening journey home to Bangalore with Thripzel.


Evening / Night – Return

  • Evening departure towards Bangalore.
  • We will stop for dinner en route (self-sponsored).

January 2, Friday - Arrival in Bangalore


Expected arrival in Bangalore around 6:00 AM, depending on highway traffic and road conditions.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Booking Information:

  • An advance payment of ₹3000 is required to confirm your booking slot.
  • The balance amount must be paid in full before the day before departure date at 11 AM to ensure a seamless trip experience.
  • Please note that your booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the trip departure are eligible for a 90% refund of the total trip cost.
  • Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 0 to 3 days of departure are not eligible for any refund.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp for processing.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-4 business days after approval.
