This carefully planned group trip combines the adventure of the Dudhsagar Trek with scenic sightseeing around Yellapura, including Magod Falls and Jenukallu Gudda Viewpoint.


Starting from Bangalore, travel overnight to the Dudhsagar region, complete the permitted trek to the official Forest Department viewpoint and watch tower, enjoy a night of accommodation and continue to Yellapura on Day 2.


The highlight of the trip is the Dudhsagar Waterfalls Trek, an adventure through the beautiful landscapes of the Western Ghats.


After reaching Mollem, Goa, participants will transfer by an authorized jeep to the designated freshening-up point.

After breakfast and changing into trekking attire, the group will begin the permitted trekking route towards the official Forest Department Viewpoint and Watch Tower.


The trekking route may pass through forest trails or a combination of both railway tracks and forest trails permitted routes depending on the instructions and operational conditions on the day.

The trek route is determined by the Local Forest Department-approved Guide based on regulations, weather, safety and operational conditions.


Important Guidelines & Safety Instructions

  • Participants must carry an Government-issued Photo ID as required for permits, entry verification and other applicable regulations.
  • Plastic littering is strictly prohibited. Participants are expected to maintain cleanliness and help protect the natural environment and forest ecosystem.
  • Participants must strictly follow the instructions of the Thripzel Trek Leader, Local Forest Department-approved Guide and concerned authorities throughout the trip.
  • Alcohol, smoking and consumption of intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited during the trip.
  • Participants must remain with the designated group and follow the assigned trekking route. Entering restricted or prohibited areas is strictly not permitted.
  • Any participant who independently enters a restricted area or violates instructions issued by the Forest Department or other competent authorities will be solely responsible for any resulting legal, regulatory or other consequences.
  • The itinerary, trekking route, timings or sightseeing schedule may be modified, restricted or cancelled due to weather conditions, Forest Department regulations, road conditions, local authority instructions, safety concerns or other operational requirements.
  • Participants acknowledge that trekking routes and access to attractions are subject to permissions and conditions applicable on the day of the trip and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
  • No refund shall be applicable solely due to changes in itinerary, trekking route, access restrictions, cancellations or modifications imposed by Government authorities, Forest Department or other competent authorities, subject to the applicable booking terms and conditions.
  • Thripzel reserves the right to modify the itinerary, timings, transportation arrangements, trekking route or trip schedule, without prior notice where reasonably necessary, with participant safety and regulatory compliance as the priority.
  • Participants are responsible for carrying their personal belongings, medicines and essential items throughout the trip. Thripzel shall not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • By participating in the trip, participants agree to comply with applicable laws, Forest Department regulations, safety instructions and directions issued by authorised personnel.

  • Reach Mollem, and proceed to the designated boarding point.
  • Transfer by jeep from Mollem Check Post to the designated freshening-up point.
  • Freshen up, change into trekking attire and enjoy breakfast.
  • Begin the Dudhsagar Waterfalls Trek through the scenic forests and permitted trekking routes of the Western Ghats.
  • Follow the trekking route assigned and directed by the Forest Department-approved Local Guide based on prevailing weather, safety and operational conditions.
  • Trek towards the Official Forest Department Viewpoint & Watch Tower.
  • Enjoy breathtaking views of the magnificent Dudhsagar Waterfalls, one of India’s tallest waterfalls.
  • Enjoy a packed lunch amidst the natural surroundings.
  • Begin the return trek towards the designated base point.
  • Transfer by vehicle to the accommodation.
  • Freshen up and relax after the trek.
  • Enjoy dinner and unwind with the group.
  • Overnight stay at the accommodation on sharing basis.


We will arrive at the Mollem Check Post, where our vehicle will be parked. From here, participants will travel by an authorized jeep to the designated freshening-up point before beginning the trek.

πŸ“Œ Important Forest Department Notice – Dudhsagar Trek


  • As per the applicable Forest Department regulations, visitors are permitted to proceed only up to the designated Official Viewpoint / Watch Tower.
  • Entry beyond the designated viewpoint, including the lower section of Dudhsagar Waterfalls, railway bridge, waterfall pool and other restricted areas, is strictly prohibited.
  • The trekking route will be determined on the day of the trek by the Local Forest Department-approved Guide, based on prevailing weather conditions, forest regulations, safety considerations and operational requirements.
  • Depending on the route officially permitted on the day, the trek may involve forest trails, permitted railway-track sections, or a combination of permitted routes.
  • Participants must strictly follow the route and instructions provided by the Forest Department / Local Forest Guide and the Thripzel Trek Leader throughout the trek.
  • Participants are not permitted to independently deviate from the assigned route or enter any restricted area.
  • Requests for a specific trekking route cannot be accommodated, as route allocation is subject to the instructions and permissions applicable on the day of the trek.
  • Any participant who independently enters a restricted or prohibited area will do so at their own responsibility and may be subject to applicable legal or regulatory action.
  • Thripzel does not authorise, encourage or support entry into any restricted area or any activity contrary to instructions issued by the Forest Department or other competent authorities.

Day 2 – Yellapura Sightseeing and Return Journey to Bangalore

Wake up and freshen up.


Enjoy breakfast and check out from the accommodation.


Proceed towards Yellapura.

  • An advance payment of β‚Ή2500 is required to confirm your booking slot.
  • The balance amount must be paid in full before the departure date at 11 AM to ensure a seamless trip experience.
  • Please note that your booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the trip departure are eligible for a 90% refund of the total trip cost.
  • Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 0 to 3 days of departure are not eligible for any refund.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp for processing.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-4 business days after approval.
