Christmas Trip- Dandeli and Gokarna - Yana Caves, vibhooti falls, Murudeshwara, Honnavar

Day 0- Bengaluru Departure: Pickup Points and Overnight Itinerary

Meet your Thripzel trip leader and co-travellers, followed by a detailed trip and safety briefing.

Departure from Bangalore is scheduled for 8:00 PM, with pickup available at the following locations:

• Majestic Shanthala Silks 8 PM
• Yeshwanthpur Metro Station - 8:40 PM
• Goraguntepalya People Tree Hospital 9:15 PM.

Note: There may be delays due to traffic conditions on the day of departure, so travellers are requested to arrive at their chosen pickup point at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time.

Day 1- Dandeli Christmas Adventure – Arrival on December 25

Arrival & Check-in:

• Arrive at the Dandeli Homestay at 8 a.m.
• After having breakfast, we will head to adventure zone.

Water Activities:

Head to the Dandeli water activity zone for an exciting session:

• Rafting
• Kayaking
• Zorbing
• Boating

Lunch at Stay

Return to the stay for a lunch and some relaxation time.

Evening and Dinner

Spend your evening at leisure, followed by a dinner at the stay.

End the day with a cozy campfire under the stars, music, and group bonding.

Day 2: Explore Yana Caves, Vibhooti Falls and Om Beach

• Check-out from the homestay early morning.
• Enjoy breakfast on the way to Yana.
•  Visit Yana Caves – explore the iconic limestone formations hidden amidst lush forests.
• Head to Vibhooti Falls.
• Relax at Om Beach, Gokarna – unwind by the shore and enjoy a stunning sunset view.

Check-in at Beach side Campsite.

• Freshen up and settle in for the evening.
• Campfire & chill session with your travel buddies.

Dinner at 9 PM.

End the day at 11 PM.

Day 3: Murudeshwara Temple, Honnavar Backwaters and Jog Falls

• Breakfast at homestay and check out.
• Start your onward journey towards Murudeshwara, Honnavar, and Jog Falls.

• Visit Murudeshwara Shiva Temple: Drive to the famous Murudeshwara Shiva Temple, known for its massive Shiva statue and stunning views over the Arabian Sea.
• Honnavar Boating: Continue to Honnavar for a peaceful backwater boating experience amid mangroves and scenic river landscapes
• Visit Jog Falls: Head to Jog Falls, one of Karnataka’s most iconic waterfalls, and spend time enjoying the viewpoints and photography.

Return to Bangalore: In the evening, start your return journey to Bangalore, we will stop en route for dinner.

Day 4- Arrival in Bangalore

Arrival in Bangalore at 6 AM.
